Responsibilities

As Spectrum’s Sales Enablement Manager and a member of the Spectrum family, you will:

  • Develop effective and persuasive sales scripts that align with our brand voice and product offerings.
  • Collaborate closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure scripts are tailor-made for our target audience.
  • Transition into a Conversational Design role, creating interactive and intuitive dialog systems for various platforms.
  • Constantly optimize scripts based on performance metrics and feedback from sales teams.
  • Participate in training to hone your conversational design skills and stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.

As a Sales Enablement Manager for Spectrum, you will wear many different hats in order to properly manage our clients’ needs and grow their businesses. Here are just a few different things that will define you:

  • Detail-Oriented. To create the best strategies and write the best scripts for our sales team, you will need to put together several different conversational flows for the variety of different products and services we offer. In order to yield the best results for those projects, you need to keep those detailed customers and product flows organized.
  • People person. In order to facilitate the best sales experience for our team, you need to first understand the people that we are speaking to. Our Sales Enablement Manager loves learning the differences between customers and how to connect with them.
  • Writer. First and foremost, sales is about learning how to communicate with others. Using writing and organizing those conversation flows so that others on the team can learn better communication skills is key to success in the sales enablement role.
  • Technologist.In order to share your ideas and concepts for customer communication with the sales team, it is important to understand and work with software tools and programs that can map out different conversational flows.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field preferred.
