Responsibilities
So how will you achieve your goals here at Predictive Sales AI? As a member of our team, and as the dynamite Recruiting Manager that you are, you will:
- Monitor, maintain, and grow our internal database of candidates for roles ranging from highly technical to interpersonal roles
- Work with department heads and team leaders to better understand the responsibilities of each open position
- Manage and create job postings based on necessary responsibilities and duties, search optimization, job title keywords, and market value
- Set realistic expectations for incoming candidates
- Collaborate with team experts to create candidate assessments that test technical skills
- Conduct interviews that promote our business to incoming candidates and vet for cultural fit to the organization
- Vet incoming resumes to select candidates for appropriate interviews
- Aggregate candidates from job platforms into our ATS
- Budget for appropriate job postings
- Outbound market to qualified candidates
- Create clever new avenues to reach candidates who have not applied
- Build our database of potential new hires
strong>Required Skills and Experience

- A bachelor’s degree/pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, psychology, or a related field
- Experience in conducting sales calls, interviews, or presentations
- Understanding of SEO and how it applies to job postings
- Experience/aptitude for solving problems based on consultative conversations
- Experience conducting research to build technical assessments
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Salesforce or other CRM experience preferred
